At Royaldeep Cardamom, we strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner. As such, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage our customers to review their purchase before making a payment.

Refund Policy

Royaldeep Cardamom is committed to providing our customers with high-quality cardamom sourced fresh from Kerala. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we generally do not accept returns and do not offer refunds, except in specific circumstances.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The packaging is damaged or shows considerable wear and tear.
  • The product itself is damaged during shipping.

Process for Requesting a Refund

If your purchase falls under the eligible conditions for a refund, please follow the steps below within 3 days of receiving your order:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos of the damaged product or packaging will be required.
  2. Review: Our team will examine the details provided and determine if the order qualifies for a refund.
  3. Return: If instructed, send the damaged product back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 14-21 days after the returned item has been inspected and approved for a refund. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any claims made after 3 days of product receipt will not be entertained. Additionally, products returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
